The First Step
The OneFitt assessment is a two-part process designed to make sure we are the right fit for each other before any commitment is made.
Free. Takes around 10 minutes. You share your movement history, goals, lifestyle, and any constraints. This helps Ankit prepare a relevant, specific response before you ever meet.
Paid. This is a full one-to-one session with Ankit, conducted in person or virtually. It counts as Session 1. By the end, you will have a clear picture of what your movement system looks like and whether OneFitt is the right fit.
